But first, if you're not familiar with the term "public

the legal and business power contained in these two words. At a very
basic level, "public domain" means...
...anything that is NOT
protected under US copyright law. This includes ALL works published
before 1923 AND, under certain conditions, works published up to
1978. A 'work' can be anything: a book, a play, music, photographs,
movies, instruction manuals, courses, reports, posters, etc...
Re-publishing and re-packaging public domain information and other
creative works can make you a lot of money. The reason is fairly
simple: If you find, re-package and sell information that has fallen
into the public domain you do not have to pay royalties or copyright
fees on that work. Can you tell me about any other business that...
... you can resell over and over
and keep 100% of the profits without paying a penny for the
acquisition of it and not ONE CENT in royalties or copyright fees
for its continued use?
In any normal business start-up you will be required to provide a
Tax ID number along with other documents and proof of your business
registration just to be able to buy products for resale! Then, until
